The Child Link Foundation- Uganda is a Community Based Organization with operations and was incepted in March 2012 by a group of 3 professional social workers who had a passion for Orphans and other vulnerable children. It was officially registered in the same year by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and social Development under Charity N0 MG/2009/09/13666.
Basically, we support orphans and other vulnerable children with scholastic material such as books, pens, and uniforms.
We train groups of women, grannies caring for orphans /other vulnerable children, the youth and equip them with necessary skills.
With ever increasing incidences of water borne related illnesses, Child Link has intensified its campaign towards provision of clean water.
Prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) programmes provide antiretroviral treatment (ART) to HIV-positive pregnant women to stop their infants from acquiring the virus.
Care provided to HIV- infected TB patients, including enhancing community awareness against stigma to people living with HIV. we provide other basic needs to patients.
We provide micro loans to HIV positive patients which they use to startup small businesses. Most people can not access Bank loans.

Our major focus is on education support to the neediest children especially those whose parents died of HIV/AIDS and other vulnerable children in Mukono District.
Currently, we are supporting over 100 needy children mostly girls with scholastic materials.
